Taylor Method Life Lab is operated by Sierra Taylor, doing business as Taylor Method Life Lab. This policy explains what information we may collect, why, and how we handle it.
Business address: 417 Raritan Rd., Roselle, NJ 07203. The business is currently operated by Sierra Taylor as an individual doing business as Taylor Method Life Lab. If the business structure changes (for example, forming an LLC), this page should be updated.
Taylor Method Life Lab serves children, but the membership account is created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not intentionally request personal information directly from children, and we do not create child profiles, public child accounts, social messaging, or child-to-child communication as part of this service.
We use this information to create and manage your account, process and manage your membership, respond to support questions, send the emails you've asked for, keep the site secure and working, and improve the service.
We use trusted services to operate the site, including a payment processor (Stripe) for billing and a platform provider for hosting and email. These providers process information on our behalf according to their own policies. Payment-card information is handled by the payment processor rather than stored directly by Taylor Method Life Lab.
We use essential cookies needed for the site to work (such as keeping you signed in) and a YouTube embed for the sample video, which may set its own cookies. We may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.
We send transactional emails (such as welcome, payment, and account emails) as needed to run your account. Marketing/newsletter emails go only to people who have consented to receive them, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Submitting the support form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Because the account is designed for a parent or guardian, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We keep account and membership information for as long as your account is active and as needed afterward to meet legal or operational obligations. We retain support messages and newsletter information only as long as needed to respond to your request, deliver the emails you've requested, and meet legal or operational obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Sensitive payment data is handled by our payment processor.
Taylor Method Life Lab does not sell personal information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop sending marketing emails. Contact us at hello@taylormethodlifelab.com or through our contact page.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
